Job Context:

• TechnoSYS Solutions Limited is going to recruit few young, energetic and talented Software (Sales & Marketing) professionals. If you are confident enough having relevant experience then you are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be responsible for the marketing of software product.
• Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Make plan and forecast sales.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Responsible for achieve the sales target.
• Develop a Marketing Strategy for identifying and gaining market share.
• Organizing day to day sales visits.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
• Must have skill on products demonstration and presentation.
• Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Maintaining accurate sales records.
• Having good knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.
• Arrange new customers.
• Give service to existing clients.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Employment Status:

Full-time.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or
• Diploma degree in Computer Engineering and MBA in Marketing
• MBA in Marketing (Other educational qualification may be considered for experienced candidates).

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Corporate marketing, Sales & Marketing .
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company .

Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicant should have a confident presentation skill.
• Having a prospective client database is a plus.
• Must have driving capacity of motor bike as the person should move for marketing with motorbike. Applicant having own Moto Bike is an additional advantage.
